Terms & Conditions

Promo Duration: This offer is valid for a limited time only and will expire on November 30, 2024.

Eligibility: This offer is valid only for leads submitted by the promotion's expiry date. 

Promo Offer Application: This promotional offer applies only to products and services listed on the flyer and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Hardware Purchase: The reseller will purchase the kiosk hardware at the specified 'buy price' from Checkmate. However, the reseller retains discretion in setting and selling the hardware to restaurant brands at an appropriate price point.

Ongoing referral on software subscription: This will be paid to the reseller as a percentage of the subscription fee. This fee will be disbursed on a monthly basis, starting from the date the restaurant’s subscription becomes active and as long as the subscription remains in effect.

Installation and Support: The reseller will be responsible for both the installation and ongoing support of the hardware, and the service relationship will be maintained directly between the reseller and the restaurant brand. 

Payment Gateway: All kiosk transactions must use the Checkmate payment gateway, with gateway fees billed directly to the restaurant by Checkmate.

No Contracts Required: Contracts will be waived for all eligible resellers for the duration of this promotion. However, standard terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products and services.

Non-Transferable: The hardware discount and/or software subscription referral fee is non-transferable.

Limited Availability: This promotion is subject to product availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without notice.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.

Acceptance: By participating in this promotion, reseller agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
